Christine Barford
Principal - KIPP Academy Boston
Ms. Barford grew up in Essex, VT and graduated from Gettysburg College in 2006. She comes to KIPP MA from KIPP Gaston, where she was a 5th grade writing teacher for three years and a school leader for two.

Katie Monroe
School Counselor – KIPP Academy Boston
Ms. Monroe grew up in St. Paul, MN and earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern and her graduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to joining KIPP Boston, Ms. Monroe was the Assistant Clinical Director at a residential school for girls ages 12 – 21 with a history of complex trauma. She also has worked as a therapist at a therapeutic day school for students with special needs.

Trevor Wissink-Adams
Operations Manager – KIPP Academy Boston
Mr. Wissink-Adams grew up in Sudbury, MA and attended George Washington University. This is his first year at KIPP, but he previously worked as a paralegal and taught 7th grade ELA.
