Mr. Acosta grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Rice University. He taught at KAMS in Houston for two years and then taught at Match Middle School in Boston. This will be his third year with the KIPP Organization but his first at KIPP MA. Mr. Acosta enjoys gardening in his spare time.

Ms. DoBell grew up in Virginia and graduated from Hollins University. She taught special education for 3 years in North Carolina and Virginia, and then joined the team at KIPP Gaston for 3 years teaching 5th and 6th grade math.

Mr. Rayner grew up in Chicago and graduated from Dartmouth College. This is his first year at KIPP. He previously worked as a Behavioral Specialist in a special education program for students with behavioral and mental health issues.

Ms. Severinghaus grew up in Norwich, VT and graduated from Dartmouth College in 2009. Last year, she worked as a Special Projects Manager and Executive Assistant in the KIPP MA Regional Office. Previously, she tutored at MATCH Charter High School and directed student recruitment for the new MATCH Community Day Charter School in Boston.
