Ms. Startek grew up in Oshawa, ON and graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She is entering her 12th year teaching and her 6th year at KAL.

Mr. Maynor grew up in Nashville, TN and graduated from The University of the South in Sewanee,TN. He recently completed his Master's Degree in Higher Education and has worked in college admissions at Sewanee and MIT.
Erin Noon Administrative Assistant/Lunch Aide - KIPP Academy Lynn & KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate
Ms. Noon lives in Lynn with her family. She has two sons who currently attend KIPP Academy Lynn and KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate.
